Career Acceleration and Support
A pillar of the Postgraduate Certificate in Sport Management is Career Acceleration. The programme was designed to equip you with relevant and cutting- edge knowledge, and to give you the exposure and support you need to develop your career as a leader in sport.
At AISTS INDIA, we partner with you to enable you to develop enhanced self-awareness, design a strategy towards reaching your dream job and provide you with hands-on advice for networking, applications and interviews. Each participant benefits from one-on-one sessions throughout the programme.
Students are responsible to fulfil at least 4 weeks’ full-time work experience in sports management and related areas as part of their Postgraduate Programme in Sport Management degree.
Work placement opportunities can – and sometimes do – translate to full-time work after graduation. Approximately 80% of the alumni of the AISTS programmes are working in the sports industry in over 30 different countries on all continents.
Endorsed by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the AISTS is located in Lausanne, Switzerland – The Olympic Capital – home to the IOC, over 50+ international sporting federations, and FIFA and UEFA are just a short distance away. Participants of AISTS INDIA Postgraduate Programme get the opportunity to visit Lausanne and meet some of the federations during their academic year and are truly immersed in the global world of sport.
