“The AISTS MAS program allowed me to take advantage of that experience and created a bridge to link it to my career in sports marketing”.

AISTS was a life-changing experience. The people, the international setup, the broad variety of cultures and languages – it all made for a great learning environment. The structure of the program covers a wide range of topics, which are all very relevant for anyone who wants to pursue a career in sports. It gives perspective and unique insights into the industry, which is growing and evolving at an accelerated pace every day.

In addition, it has three major milestones where students are placed in real life situations: 1) the client team project; 2) the research paper; 3)the internship, which opens doors, and gives you a good understanding of this sector.

Finally, the community as well as the location of the AISTS program are ideal and creates opportunities for great synergies between lecturers, students, alumni, experts and athletes.

In my particular case, I come from the corporate world, FMCG to be specific. The MAS program allowed me to take advantage of that experience and created a bridge to link it to my career in sports marketing, where I have been able to work with consumer research, operations, sales and sponsorship.
