  • Developed initiatives based on the strategic plan, including standardised registration system and coaches development program

Langley Flippers Swim Club, Assistant Head Coach, Langley, Canada

  • Designed, developed, and coordinated seasonal programs that guided numerous athletes to becoming provincial champions and record breakers
  • Created a culture and reputation that saw the club grow from 25 swimmers to 120 in three years
