Digital Technology in Sport is a two-day, on-site AISTS course for sport managers and professionals. Taking place in Lausanne on 7–8 December 2026, participants explore key sport technologies, assess their impact, and develop the skills to make informed decisions about technology adoption within sport organisations.
Digital Technology in Sport underpins performance, events and operations across modern sport ecosystems. Sport organisations increasingly rely on digital systems to deliver training, competitions and large-scale events.
This two-day programme introduces participants to digital technology in sport ecosystems, focusing on data capture tools, infrastructure and systems used across sport contexts. The course explores how technologies support performance, operations and event delivery.
Participants gain a structured understanding of how to assess and engage with sport technologies through applied cases. The programme enables informed dialogue with technical specialists and more effective technology-related decision-making.
No prior knowledge about AI is required, making it accessible to all skill levels.
The course fee for the 2026 Digital Technology in Sport Programme is CHF 1’400.-
