In September 2025, 19 professionals joined Lausanne, the Olympic Capital, to begin their journey in the prestigious AISTS Master of Advanced Studies in Sport Management and Technology. Representing 18 territories across five continents and speaking 15 different languages, this cohort once again illustrates the international reach and diversity of the programme.
The class brings together individuals with diverse academic and professional backgrounds, ranging from sport, engineering, business, and marketing to social sciences, medicine, literature, and art & design. Coming from all around the world and with diverse experiences, they share the same goal: advancing together in the international sport industry as a united team.

The mix of cultures, perspectives, and skills in the classroom creates an environment where new ideas and different viewpoints are welcomed and encouraged. By bringing together participants from diverse backgrounds, the programme creates rich classroom discussions and encourages innovative thinking.
This year’s cohort also marks a milestone for gender balance, with more women than men. AISTS actively supports women in pursuing leadership positions within the sport industry. Through our Future Female Leader in Sport Scholarship, we provide a framework for women to apply to our programme, providing financial support to grow female participation and develop a meaningful career in sport.

During their 15-month journey in the Olympic Capital, participants gain access to the strength of the AISTS community. With over 750 alumni worldwide, this network is a valuable resource for learning, collaboration, and career growth.
Stay tuned for their future updates on their journey on our social media channels!
