AISTS Founders and Development Partners

The International Academy of Sport Science and Technology (AISTS) was founded in 2000 by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), the University of Lausanne (UNIL), the University of Geneva (UNIGE), IMD Business School, Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), the City of Lausanne and the Canton of Vaud. The unique nature of these relationships rests in the principle that the AISTS holds a privileged position in the world of sports while the founders have a significant influence on AISTS decision-making.
