About the panelists
Tina Sharma Tiwari (MAS 2018):
Before joining the AISTS MAS programme, Tina built a strong career in media, communications and journalism. After graduating in 2018, she made a successful transition into sport communications, starting as Head of Communications & PR at FISU. Her journey continued at the International Olympic Committee (IOC), where she has grown steadily since 2021. Today, Tina is working as Senior Manager, Media Relations & Games Communication at the IOC.
Patrick DeCaro (MAS 2011):
Originally trained as an architect, Patrick joined the AISTS MAS in 2011 to take a first step into the sport industry. Following the programme, he worked with leading sport organisations such as the European Club Association (ECA), the International Boxing Association (IBA), and the International Olympic Committee (IOC), where he spent over six years in various roles. He now brings his expertise to his role as Market Development Manager at ERNE AG Holzbau.
