AISTS SEMOS™ ASIA – SPORTS EVENT MANAGEMENT AND ORGANISATION SEMINAR (5 DAYS)  

IMPORTANT UPDATE

Please note that the first-ever SEMOS Asia has been delayed due to popular request from those wanting to attend, but who are currently engaged with the South East Asian Games which are also being held in November.

As the first-ever SEMOS Asia, we want it to be the best possible event for everyone who attends. Delaying it means that more people can join us, leading to better networking and learning opportunities for all.

ABOUT SEMOS™

Since 2001, the AISTS has been organising SEMOS™ – Sport Event Management and Organisation Seminar. The AISTS SEMOS™ Open Module offers an overview of the key tasks that sports managers need to successfully plan, communicate and operate when organising sport events, providing a 360° view and behind the scenes look at the mechanics of sport events.

Bringing together leaders of International Sport Federations and other experts of the AISTS network, including the International Olympic Committee and sport event organisers, AISTS SEMOS™ is both pertinent and practical and recognises the increased expectations of spectators, media and sponsors at major events.

FAQs

Do international federations receive an additional discount on top of the early bird?

International federations do not receive an additional discount on top of the early bird. However, after the early bird discount is closed international federations can receive a discount of 10% on the full price ticket.

When will the registration close?

Registrations will remain open until all tickets are sold. There is no set date for registrations closing. However, we would advise booking early to take advantage of the early bird discount. This discount ends on the 16th September.

What does the price include?

The price is 2,000 SD (2,200.00 SD after early bird) and this includes five days of university-level learning, course materials, lunches, and coffee breaks. Please note that accommodation and transport are not included.
