UNIL - Synathlon, Ecublens, Switzerland

The annual AISTS Client Team Project (CTP) Presentations are the culmination of months of rigorous work by the Participants of the AISTS Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Sport Management and Technology 2025. These presentations offer a unique opportunity for clients to gain valuable, actionable insights customised specifically to the needs of their organisation.

Client Team Projects overview

For eight months, groups of 3-4 participants engage deeply with their assigned clients, working on real-world challenges that cover a wide range of topics within the sport industry.  These projects provide clients with new ideas and feasible solutions, based on qualitative and/or quantitative research.

The topics addressed by the Client Team Projects are broad, reflecting the multidisciplinary nature of the AISTS MAS programme. From marketing strategies and digital media innovations to business development, event management, sustainability practices, and technology integration, each project is designed to address a specific issue, and deliver results that can significantly impact the client’s operations.

These presentations are not only a testament to the participants’ hard work and expertise but also a reflection of the collaborative spirit between AISTS and the global sport community. The outcomes of these projects often lead to tangible improvements within the client organisations, contributing to the advancement of the sport industry as a whole.
