Meet the Panelists

Reyna Marely Flores-Martinez (MAS 2008):

Venue Operations Director – FIFA World Cup 2026™

Marley Flores is a senior international sport event professional with over 15 years of experience managing top-level competitions across football and the Olympic Movement. After graduating from the AISTS MAS in 2008, she began her career as Senior Projects Manager at AIBA, overseeing events including the London 2012 Olympic Games.

From 2016 to 2023, Marley played a role in numerous FIFA tournaments such as the FIFA World Cup Russia 2018, FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup Costa Rica 2022, and FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, acting as Tournament Lead, Venue Manager, and Ceremonies Manager. Her expertise led her to Paris 2024, where she worked as Senior Manager in the Main Operations Centre and Venue Readiness Manager for both the Olympic and Paralympic Games. She now serves as Venue Operations Director for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, helping deliver the first-ever 48-team edition across Canada, Mexico, and the United States.

Sebastian Bose (MAS 2024):

Acquisition Intern – Sport, European Broadcasting Union (EBU)

Sebastian, from India, graduated from the AISTS MAS in Sport Management and Technology in 2024. Since July 2024, he has been with the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) in Geneva as an Acquisition Intern in the Sport department, where he supports rights acquisition processes for major sport events.

Before AISTS, Sebastian spent nearly two years at Deloitte in Doha, working as an Audit Associate, following an initial internship. His background in auditing and financial services brings a strong analytical foundation to his current role in sport media rights.

Yao Su (MAS 2024):

Digital Services Intern – World Aquatics

Coming from China, Yao also graduated from the AISTS MAS in Sport Management and Technology in 2024. She currently works at World Aquatics in Lausanne as a Digital Services Intern, focusing on the Chinese and broader Asian markets. Her role involves engaging local audiences through tailored digital channels and content, helping to strengthen the federation’s online presence. Prior to AISTS, Yao worked for nine years at the Local Taxation Bureau of Beijing Haidian District, gaining substantial experience in public administration and financial processes.


About the AISTS Master of Advanced Studies

The AISTS Master of Advanced Studies in Sport Management and Technology is designed to develop the leaders of international sport from around the World.
