JSW Sports and BFC visit the AISTS INDIA Campus
Participants at AISTS INDIA got first hand insight into the dynamics of managing a Premier Sports club as JSW Sports and Bengaluru FC visited the AISTS INDIA campus in Mumbai for a ‘Team Huddle’. The participants had opportunities to network and learn from some of the most renowned names in the Indian sporting industry such as Mandar Tamhane – CEO, JSW BFC, Kunaal Majgaonkar – Media Manager, JSW BFC and Susmith Varkey Thomas, Operations Manager, JSW BFC. The Team Huddle was moderated by Ravneet Gill, CEO & Founder of NHA & AISTS INDIA.
Since 2012 JSW Sports has been an integral part of India’s sporting culture, allowing athletes from across the country to maximise their potential in the world of sport. JSW Sports manages some of India’s top athletes such as Neeraj Chopra, Bajrang Puniya and Sakshi Malik. The company is also associated with some of Indias champion teams such as Bengaluru FC, Delhi Capitals and Haryana Steelers.
The Team Huddle with AISTS INDIA had over 100 participants who had an open interaction with the 4 panellists in topics such as football operations, management, fan engagement and media. The participants got an in-depth understanding of how teams such as Bengaluru FC run their business models while engaging and growing their fan base in a league such as the ISL.
The Team Huddle concluded with a High Tea where AISTS INDIA’s participants got to interact and network with other sports enthusiast who attended the event from various walks of the sport industry as well as the management of JSW Sports and BFC.
